This intensive 5-day course in Strategic Management is designed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of strategic planning and execution. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, participants will learn the importance of strategic planning, recognize the critical elements of a solid strategic plan, and master the tools and techniques necessary to build and execute effective strategies and effective programs to put these strategies into action.

This course was designed by a doctorate level researcher and a seasoned practitioner and is a great opportunity for the participants to initiate or adjust their own strategy and/or strategic plan. We do not work on fictitious cases but rather walk the participants through the design of a strategy, a strategic plan, and an action plan and/or program for their own case.
